Categories
Group articles so they're findable, not just stored. One level of nesting — a parent category with child categories underneath — keeps structure useful without turning into a filing exercise. Delete a parent and its children move up automatically; delete a category and its articles become uncategorized rather than disappearing.

For a rough draft that needs to read more professionally before it goes live. Improve tightens grammar, clarity, and tone without changing your meaning or adding new claims. You're still the author.
Rewrite
For a passage that's the wrong tone for its audience — too technical for customers, too casual for an internal policy. Rewrite produces an alternate draft you can accept, edit, or throw away. It works from the text you give it; it doesn't independently know your product.
Summarize
For a three-page onboarding doc nobody reads past the first paragraph. Summarize produces a shorter version for a TL;DR or quick-reference block. It won't reliably capture every nuance of long technical content — plan a quick human review before publishing.
Expand
For three bullet points that need to become a readable article. Expand builds a starting draft from what you gave it. It fills in structure and phrasing, not facts it wasn't told — check anything specific before publishing.
Generate FAQs
For documentation that exists but has no FAQ page yet, and you're not sure what questions to anticipate. Generate FAQs drafts candidate question-and-answer pairs based on your article's content, for you to review and select from — nothing publishes automatically.
AI tools require a Pro or Business plan — the Free plan ships without them so the free tier stays honest about what it includes. If no AI provider is connected on the backend, the panel runs in mock mode: outputs are clearly labeled as previews rather than failing or pretending to be live AI.
