Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are between you and Thomas Noel Laisne, 8 Av. de la Division Leclerc, 78410 Aubergenville, France ("KnowAnchor," "we," "us"). Contact: support@knowanchor.com, tel. +33 6 66 41 79 13. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised: support@knowanchor.com.

KnowAnchor offers Free, Pro, and Business plans with the limits described on the Pricing page. Free-plan limits (currently 1 project and 25 articles, AI tools excluded) are enforced automatically. We may change plan limits or features going forward; we'll update the Pricing page if we do, and any change won't retroactively delete content you've already created within your prior limits.

You own the content you create in KnowAnchor — your articles, categories, and project structure. We don't claim ownership of it. By publishing a project as "public," you're granting anyone who can access that URL the right to view (not edit) that content. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to publish whatever you put into KnowAnchor, including content you paste in from elsewhere.

Don't use KnowAnchor to publish unlawful content, infringe someone else's rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

AI writing tools (Improve, Rewrite, Summarize, Expand, Generate FAQs) generate suggested text based on content you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context — you're responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish it. AI output is provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy. When no AI provider is configured, the system returns mock output for testing purposes, clearly labeled as such.

We aim to keep KnowAnchor available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the product develops (for example, Business-tier features currently labeled "coming soon").

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; this permanently removes your projects and articles. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 5, with notice where reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by law, KnowAnchor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under French consumer-protection law where it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts of France.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date below.
